Default O/t -- I learned about a dog breed today

I had never heard of this brand, err breed before today but did you know Leon had a type of dog named after him. It's actually named after a German city but I'll stick with story about being named after our beloved moderator

This handsome young man is a Leonberger and a great breed indeed

Main drawback is the shorter life span.

That is a problem with most large dogs.

A great life is filled with a series of large dogs.

One of my biggest pet peeves in life is when someone has a mutt and they combine the breed names of the 2 parents. Labradoodle my a$$ you have a mixed breed mutt and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

I went as far as having a DNA test (legit- really!) done on my mixed breed mutt, but I'm happy with my dog regardless...and comfortable with his 'label'...he is a joy!

Meanwhile, the Leonberger looks like a very good dog indeed....spell-check with need to add that one.
