I saw it and thought for a bit about throwing a snipe out there. Ultimately I decided not to due to the size, the item was 5"x11" so it was pretty big--had it been more "card-sized" I would have bid.

It looks like it was factory cut (no wavy borders) and it looks pretty uniform. Interesting item that I had never heard of, but I doubt we will ever find out who made it and why.

That style of caricature looks somewhat familiar, maybe on a pennant.

It was too big for me too. I doubt we will know where it came from unless something else is found that relates to it. It reminds me of the 1916 Big Heads a little bit. regards

This looks to me like an original drawing for a newspaper, given the size, texture of the paper, and the impression of the drawing on the other side.
