I asked the seller if it was the same one. He said that he bought it from the other guy and now had to sell because he needs the money. It doesn't sound right to me.

Seller has added that he will sell it as a buy it now for $10K as he needs that cash fast. Stinks like fraud to me. Reported it to the EBay police.
