He started out at $1 increments, graduated to $2 increments then couldn't help himself and got spastic. I wonder if he (or she) is easily amused?

This is exactly why I started using snipe bids. Someone did exactly the same thing to me but stopped just short of my max (or retracted the bid that went over, I'm not sure). It was to me that I could had the card for a lot less had I placed my max bid ar the last second.

Well they did get the card for five cents less than the next highest bid increment. They beat the system.

when I bid on ebay I generally put my max bid in the 1st time I bid. So if the card is at $4 and will prob go for $60 to $70. I will put say $65 as my max then watch as the same bidder tries to exceed my bid with 15 bids at $1 increases. Then if I really wanted the card I might go to $67 just because I know the other bidder doesn't have the card much over my max bid (if they eventually surpassed my max with one of their 15 bids)

Default Dedermined

Given his feedback score I think if he had OCD he would have found a way to win it for $ 100 even
