Default I noticed a sort of Owner Registry with PSA

One of my ideas that have gone back and forth with members is an 'owner registry' so people can verify if that graded rookie mantle on ebay with a seller with 1 feedback has an owner already..

The PSA site when looking up cards now states not only that the cert number at issue is taken (like in the past), but who has it. You may or may not be able to have a direct link to contact the owner but at least you have an avenue now.

Everyone was sooo worried about privacy etc. Private people can keep their cards off the registry but i really believe card ownership registry that encrypts emails for instance like craigslist ads would be a useful too to combat fraud and card doctoring (if can link to former owners etc)

Nice addition in my opinion. Especially for the higher dollar cards.
