Default Cards that show a player in one Uniform but the card says another

Hi Guys:

How about a fun thread where we show our favorite card where the player is in one teams uniform, but the card says he plays for another team.

And I am not talking about back in the day when Topps took photos of players without their hats and used the photo once the player was traded. Nor am I talking about the cards where Topps showcased their terrible airbrushing talent.

Cards like this Ashburn where he is shown in a Phillies jersey and cap yet the card shows him as a member of the Cubs after his trade.

So, let's see your fav's!

Here is one of my favorite examples - -- only one of two cards in the 1962 Topps set to have a Mets Cap and after an 0-34 slump to start the year, he was sent to Cincinnati

Default The two Georges

Not necessarily. Could be "before and after" pics following several tanning bed sessions.

Looks like they used white-out on it!

Yes, I caught that part of your post after I posted the photo, but still love the fact that he is clearly in a Dodger uniform. When I think of bad airbrush, I think of 1977 Topps Mariner cards!!

But back to topic. Willie never got to play for the M's, but he was part of the team thanks to Donruss.

This one is bizarre on two levels, because not only does the uniform not match the team on the card, but the actual team name is wrong as well!!!
