Default negro league player id help

trying to identify the two players in the photograph- i believe it originates from the wisconsin area(based on the photographic paper- moen tone) and dates from the 1920's. the only negro league team i know of that played in that area was the union giants. of course this is all guesswork but the player on the right looks familiar. hoping they may ring a bell with another board member...

Probably a local semi-pro or town team.

Even if the players are both HOFers, the coolest thing about the photo is that they're standing with white women! I thought only Jack Johnson could pull that off in those days.

Let me know if you ever want to sell or trade it.

thats actually what made me think it mightve been a couple of players from the union giants- they were wildly popular in the area. i think it's a cool item, no idea what it might be worth though.

You believe it might be from Wisconsin. There was a Negro League team in Milwaukee for 1 year. The team was called the Milwaukee Bears and it played in 1923.
