Default Experiment: Post a card here you are wiling to sell for $500

It promises to be a long, slow, hot (at least in the Northeast and maybe elsewhere) holiday weekend, so I thought I'd try something here. Leon might ban it or say it should be in BST but since it covers the entire era of vintage it can't be relegated to one type of period. So I will go ahead and if it gets bounced, no big deal.

My idea is that anyone is free in this thread to post image and description (if you wish) of a card--major or obscure--you are wiling sell for for exactly $500 (plus shipping). Of course it is best if it seems like a very fair value, and doesn't come off as a card you are trying to dump at maybe an inflated price--enough of that at eBay. Anyway, what the hell. But only ONE card posted per person, unless you sell one, then you can offer another. UPDATE: After three days, I am now allowing you to post a second card even if the first did not yet sell. But two will be maximum. Choose well.

I will start off with this, and have fun. SOLD SOLD

This could be a fun thread. Thanks for starting it Greg. Since I am currently more avidly buying and selling post war rookie HOF'ers (to gear up for at least 2 local shows I will be setting up at each month from here on) here is a card I have for sale.
I think it's important to have what interests your audience. Since I can't see me doing the brand new cards this is the best I can do for the local shows. And, truth be known, it's the roots of me getting back into the hobby anyway. I started back into it doing rookie card HOF'ers....

Without further ado, here is one I would sell for 500 plus whatever shipping/insurance you want....

Already have a sale pending on my Walsh that started the thread. So may post another. Remember, only one active at a time. I see Leon sold the Koufax so we have two sales already.

As long as this stays copacetic it stays. If it gets out of control (think Rocky Horror) then we deal with it. One thing I should mention is to BE CAREFUL. After I posted that I sold the Koufax to Sean in the thread I checked and had a PM from another member 20 minutes earlier, saying he would take it. So he will get it if he wants it and Sean will still take it if he doesn't. Thanks Sean....I messed up. So please check emails and PMs before saying something is sold to someone. Or you will be crawfishin' like I did. And if it's a fair deal it looks like it could sell....Also, please keep the scan sizes down to below a size that is smaller than my 24" LCD dislplay.

I have been trying to figure out a price on my "out of body" Titus before I listed it. $500 was the number I was thinking about already so here he is.

I don't think anything but really good deals are going to sell, just like usual. If it's not selling for 500 somewhere else it probably won't sell here.

Default 54 Banks

Sorry it's not pre-war, and sorry the scan is awful. I can't seem to remove the glare over his face/hat. Pretty well centered and decent corners with just a little bit of toning/staining? on the upper right border. Can provide better pics but not until Monday night if interested. $500 dlvd.

Default I wanted to join in on fun

I know it's not prewar; I'm looking but in the meantime I wanted to join the fun. I'm sure there's not much love for GAI,{although if you know their history these cards were graded by Mike Baker of PSA at Clev Nat'l } and especially in football either; I figured I'd offer the pair 500 shipped. Paypal F/family only. If anyone knows how to copy images I could use help; all images are stored locally on my computer. Please edit post and delete ebay links
