The $4K ball has both Mack and Cochrane on the sweet-spot, and it is an official AL ball.
The $300 ball is an unofficial ball, with only Mack (not authentic) on the SS. The ball is also in worse condition, and the signatures are not as bold and clear as the more expensive ball. Also, the $300 ball was sold in 2010, and the $4K ball was sold in 2007. Steve
