I've made roughly 25 purchases from them in the past couple of years, and I only had one problem. I purchased a 1968 Topps Tommie Agee PSA 9 card. When it arrived, I noticed that the front of the card had a stain on it that I didn't notice when I looked at the scan (and that the graders at PSA obviously missed, as well). When I tried to return it (because of the stain), I was told that they do not offer refunds on graded cards. So, my word of advice is to examine their scans very carefully.
