Default 1914 Baseball Program - no longer available

Posted By: Pat Nester

This program might be mismatched. Appears to be a 1914 Brooklyn Dodgers program but the scorecard page is for a game between the 1914 New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. Score page is loose but what is odd is that it does not have any staple hole on the spine of the scorecard. Harry Stevens did programs for all three teams and they all were a similar format. What is even more odd is that there is a Giants schedule on the first page of the scorecard but it is obviously the Yankees and the Red Sox. Program is neatly scored in pencil through 7 innings. No big names in the Yankees scorecard except Frank Chance is listed as a reserve player. Red Sox lineup has Boston greats Speaker, Hooper and Joe Wood. Program in overall nr-ex condition except one page has a small piece missing from the corner. Please email if you have any questions or want additional scans. NO LONGER AVAILABLE
