Default What is a fair price for a 1939 Playball Joe Dimaggio in PSA 2.5?

I am thinking about 350$ am I off?? A nice looking 2.5 well centered.

Ugly 2's recently sold for $350, and a nice 4 recently sold for $600 (although that seems like a impatient buyer got hold of one of those sky high BIN's.). I am thinking between $400-$430 should get it done.

Is the 1938 Goudey his rookie card or his 1939 playball? I am confused.

Agree, since he's been relatively quiet (for him) the past couple of days. Gets credit for time served.

Adrian, get yourself a copy of The Standard Catalog where all major league rookie cards are in italic. That way the mish-mosh of misinformation on the internet (excluding Net54) won't confuse you. BTW, a great rookie card to have in 1939 Play Ball is the Williams.
