Default Football 1971 Topps Grading Question

I have a beautiful NM-MT or better 1971 Topps Dallas Cowboy Football Card. The only problem is the bottom of the back of the cards looks like the words have been somewhat smeared.
I know it was a printing issue.

What does it do to the grade of the card????

Thanks!

If PSA graded it and also thought it was NM-MT, it would probably get an 8(PD) for print defect. Any card with a qualifier cannot be considered for a half point. Or it could get a straight 7 or 6. The Roberto Clemente straight from pack with great centering, a dinged corner, and print defect got a straight 6 recently.
