I have a card he may need. Does anyone have his e-mail address? I have one for him from a group to which we both belong, but he never answers. Thanks

Im sure he gets plenty of emails from people trying to sell him cards because of the high prices he pays.I have some t206 cards i know for a fact he'd like to see and hes never answered my emails, might be because i stated they werent for sale but i doubt it since he'd at least be very interested in the cards as an avid collector.

It seems hard to get email responses from certain people with money,at least for me recently

John, maybe it has something to do with your message:

"Please be that I meet you. I am an African envoy needing you help transferring my $10 millions, please send you bank account number and I am please to pay you $2 millions."

I think i used the word pretentious too much,i dont even know what it means but i like using big words.

Seriously tho,i could see him getting tons of offers to buy stuff considering his fame and the fact hes been known to spend alot for stuff he wants.I know a few people who can get thru to him right away but ive heard from numerous people they cant get responses from him.

Im guessing he must know about the board and im sure occasionally checks it so if what you have is so great maybe he will contact you

It may just be that he doesn't respond because he doesn't need the card that I mentioned in my e-mail to him. I am not going to assume that silence from him is the equivalent of rudeness.

Or...

he can just go on MSNBC Countdown tonight and send me signals through a series of winks and nods.

Keith did reply. Very brief (as expected due to his busy schedule) but very polite.

In the spirit of whether to show off or not why don't you attach a scan of the card in question?

Bill

DITTO....to what you just said.

I had an encounter with Keith sometime ago, and my impression is
that he is a "pompous a....".

Bill, we all care. Don't you know this forum's subtitle is "Post whatever is on your mind -- even things you would only think but not say out loud?" The sub-subtitle to the forum is: "kiss all the a$$ that's fit to kiss."

As long as you didn't sell him a Mozie Hengle dead man pose it's all good.
