Default RIP Rocco Civiello (Uhrichsville, OH)

We have lost another hobby great, Rocco Civiello. Rocco was a hobby staple for decades in the Cleveland area, going back to the original Strongsville days. He was a walking sports encyclopedia, and he was just as passionate for family & faith as he was in sports.

Consider yourself lucky, if you ever had the pleasure of being invited to his "Museum" building, as it was incredible, and his sports passion was visible in each aisle.

I had the pleasure knowing Rocco since my earliest days in the hobby, which turned into a long-lasting friendship, and he will be sorely missed by everyone that knew him. My thoughts & prayers are with the Civiello family during this difficult time - Bryan Dec

Sorry to hear of your friend and hobbyist, Rocco's passing, Bryan. It's always very sad to hear of another grand ole collector not being with us any longer. It sounds like he was really a great person. May he rest in peace.

Rocco was also a dear friend of mine since the early 70's. We refereed football together for many years and shared our love of high school sports and card collevting.

Sorry for your loss. He sounds like a major loss to the hobby/sports world, but more importantly to each individual whom crossed paths with him.

He was from Uhrichsville? I drive through there every so often with my buddy who has land near Scio, OH.
