Well, with some weather delays we could see a game 7 approaching Thanksgiving.

Too many teams and too many tiers of playoffs!!

I'm with you. November baseball? It's absurd. They need to ramp up the double header schedules and get the regular season and playoffs over by Oct 1st, and the WS over by Oct 15th at the latest.

Go back to 154 game schedule, with some doubleheaders. That would allow the game to begin a little later in April and end a little sooner in October. I love the game, but those games scheduled in Detroit and Minnesota the first week of April usually have snow flurries.
