Default Three Cheers to Lelands

Having never worked for, or been involved in an auction (other than the occasional ebay listing), I can only guess how busy they must be on the last night of an auction that has over 1200 lots.

About an hour ago I discovered that a lot in their current auction was described incorrectly. I sent them an email explaining my concerns, and providing irrefutable evidence of what I'm sure was an honest mistake.

It took them less than an hour to remove the listing.

I appreciate them being so quick and I'm sure that others do as well, especially the other two people (at least) who had bid on lot, and would have eventually discovered the error, had they ended up winning.

Happy collecting,
Doug
