Seeking Help Finding Matty Photo:

I am an image stuck in my head of Christy Mathewson in a pose very similar to these two later Reds cards. I have not been able to find the picture - anyone familiar with the one I mean?

I have a few Matty items and these poses don't ring a bell.

I found several, if you do a google search on him and select image

Bob- I have already tried google images search - I saw the one you showed, which is close, but...I remember it as being more 'wind blown' like the Seaver.

I hope this Quest of mine is as successful as my last one...there was a song playing on the MUSAC system in Publix that I had heard years before, but could not place...I contacted the corporate marketing department, they asked what time I heard it and sent me a list...I have the CD now- so, at least that won't haunt me anymore.

Just goes to show you, it can be done if you just ask and follow up.
