Default Interesting Ed Walsh Jr/Sr lot at local auction today

First off, I hope I don't tick anyone off for outing this auction... If it belongs in someones collection it should definitely be that of a Net54 member

Secondly, I have no allegiance or affiliation toward this particular auction house...

Here's the auctionzip link:
http://www.auctionzip.com/cgi-bin/au...511&category=0

I went to preview the lot this morning as they mentioned some autographs, but unfortunately there were no signatures so my interest declined...

Anyhow, the following was in the lot:
1-Ed Walsh SR studio photo with wearing a world champion pin (I swear I saw one of these on the board)
2-1916 Stock certificate made out to Edward A Walsh

3-1928 AL Uniform Contract Made out to Ed Walsh JR. (Walsh JR did not sign it, but it has a stamped Charles Comiskey signature)

4-A few photos (Small look like the came out of a scrap book) of Walsh Jr's teammates

5-A photo of sr (small probably 1930's)

6-Hard Cover who's who book (beat up)

7-Several newspaper clippings etc...

Cool lot that some one will enjoy, but not for me

Cheers!
Dave

Default missed the auction but

I figure this is a not so often chance to show my Ed Walsh Jr. photo from George Burke-- a nice 8x10" pic of the HOFer namesake:

And a tough autograph too, much tougher than his Hall of Fame Father by about 500X.
