Default ebay humor

Sorry for this, but I'm easily amused by ebay card descriptions...

The first thing I thought when I looked at this card was, "I wonder if it's creased." I wasn't worried at all about the missing corner!

This one comes with a free math lesson and a side order of optimism. 8.5 is close to 9. It's close to 8 as well, but might well look on the bright side!

I love the listings for a card in a low grade, such as a 1 and the seller says something like "The grader must have had as bad day. This easily would grade a 1.5 if regarded. A great return on your investment!"

I am trying to complete my 1966 Topps Rub-off set and I see many in near mint to mint condition that are so off center, it could be listed as either of the 2 players shown.

You gotta laugh.

There is no place like ebay anywhere in the world.
I think if we all got together and put our stories down on paper we would have a great selling book.

It used to have a corner crease. Not anymore, thanks to a pair of scissors.
