Default Corona Boxing Bottles

I stumbled across these last week in the Walmart liquor aisle. There are six different bottles numbered 1/6-6/6. Each has a head and shoulders picture of a boxer on the front. The high quality photo on a white bottle with blue and gold ink really "pop".

On the back it shows weight class, height, weight, nationality and titles held. Near the bottom is the boxer's reproduced autographed.

The 18 bottle box is a nice collectible in itself. On the side is a picture of three boxer bottles. The other three bottles are featured on the end. On the top is a small Golden Boy logos. The 18 pack contains three complete sets of six bottles.

The boxers are:
  • Mauricio Herrera
  • Bernard Hopkins
  • David Lemieux
  • Jorge Linares
  • Lucas Matthyse
  • Francisco Vargas

A really well done boxing collectible.

Interesting. I had seen these on Ebay and thought they were kind of cool. I'm guessing it's a West Coast release.

I'd pick up a case, if they were on the East Coast just for the hell of it. Doubt I'd have the restraint to keep the bottles full though.

These were purchased in the St. Louis area.

That is kind of cool. I haven't see those in NYC yet, but I'm going to keep my eyes open.
