Default Q: Orioles WITH sign

Does anyone have information on the Orioles WITH sign? I believe it was advertising for the Chuck Thompson radio show, but that's about all I know. Was there different sizes or were they all the same and if different was there a different material used for the sign. I see them come up for sale now and then, but didn't have a lot of information. Where did they have the signs displayed?

Any help would be appreciated!

I loved listening to Chuck Thompson as a kid- you got to read his book " Aint the beer cold"... a great read for any colt and oriole fan.
