Can anyone tell me what this card is

I'm curious about this card. I'm still a novice in collecting and wondering what this card might be....theres a post on craigslist asking what it is and id like to help him out with some information

...of those 1976 TCMA cards. I would guess that the blue pen is crossing out T.C.M.A. 1976 -- or something else indicating it is not a card issued contemporaneously with Ruth's playing in baseball.

Thanks for letting me know. I didnt think it was very old. He said he bought it from craigslist and wanted to turn around and sell it. I'm sure he'll be thrilled to know its from the 70's
