1894 Phillies
Anybody have signature of any player from 1894 Phillies? There is Ed Delahanty. Any others? I can't find any on Google.

.
A Sam Thompson written & signed (first name only) postcard recently sold in REA auction. I was not the successful bidder on that item. Below is the 1894 Philadelphia roster, per BaseballReference website: |

I have had five signatures from that list before and still have a Wehying and Bob Allen. There were a couple handwritten letters from Jack Fanning I might still have scans of somewhere. They are ALL very rare.

I read in The Great 19th Century Baseball Encyclopedia that this is the greatest hitting team of all time. Everyone hit over .300 that year, including the pitchers. Thought I might find one of the lesser guys to add to the collection. Doesn't sound promising. :-)

400-500 minimum on the easiest of these guys with others being much more if they ever were found or came up for sale.
