King Collectibles has been trying to dump this Fro Joy sheet for some time now. It's even got better, he now has a Buy It Now price for $60. Nice!!

Absolutely amazing reading this guys feedback. All negs/neutrals involve selling repros as vintage and/or people not getting their stuff for a month and his excuse being that he had to ship a second time because the first shipment got lost. How the hell did did he know the first shipment got lost if his customers never mentioned it? A real class act and another reason the powerSeller limit needs to be 99%

Actually, Jay, I believe the power seller limit is 98 percent, not 99. Can you imagine how many sellers have feedback that low? Ebay really is looking to protect its buyers!

That is the only way to describe these bozos. I have reported them to eBay 3 times, writing long descriptions of why the FroJoys are counterfeit, how he is scamming people and why he knows (I and about 7 other guys told him so). Ebay does nothing (duh). I gave up. I have been watching his auctions and he has been running the starting bid $9.99/BIN $60.00 auctions for about 3 months now. Every now and then someone wins one for $9.99, far cry from the days he was getting up to $300 each for them, but still he is committing fraud.

Yep, I agree. I tried to play stupid with him and tell him I was interested but that I had heard that the color sheets were reprints. I asked him what he knew about this as I was interested in bidding. Needless to say, I never got a response.

I ahve repeatedly told eBay they need to raise the limit to 99%. 98% is inexcusable on a business level. Although eBay doesn't seem to follow any same business prectices.

Here's the link to ebay to report counterfeit items. Very easy, just click the link, at the bottom click "Report," type in 2788985431 and click. Takes 5 seconds. Let's see how many board members can do this and swamp ebay with complaints of this crud's fraudulent ways.

Now a 1 day auction. Ebay #2789229957. I guess he has been getting notice from Ebay regarding the counterfeit reports. He must be printing these off on a daily basis.

I really would like to see this guy booted from ebay. If you haven't already, please use the link above to report his counterfeit Fro-Joys. He gives a black eye to the hobby. Everyone talks a good game about weeding out unethical sellers but let's do something about it! It only takes 10 seconds, tops.

You should complain on every item he sells. EVERY item is a REPO! He has sold the SAME set of authentic arrowheads about 20 times. I didn't know the indiands mass produced exact copies. Also the Coke tins and signs he advertises as old are reproductions. This guy is a blatant thief and liar. He should have both of his hands cut off!

The eBay button was easy to press. My problem is that there wasn't a space to explain why it was a counterfeit and what sources listed it as such (Standard Catalog, Beckett, Bob Lemke's Sportscard Counterfeit Detection). I can't image that an eBay employee will see what is the problem, no more than I could see the problem with the marking on a faux Ming vase.
