Default Help ID these LA Dodgers

1971 Topps Partridge Family. Chris Partridge on the left and Danny Partridge on the right. But who are the uniformed Dodgers in the background?

I know shows like the Brady Bunch had stars make appearances (Can't say I ever watched the Partridge Family though), but I suppose it's possible that these are just stand in actors in Dodger uniforms as well. Tough to tell from that picture, as there really are no clear details that help ID anyone specific.

I second this. I was familiar with this card and asked the same question you asked but came to the conclusion that they were just stand in actors.

The player on the right could very well be Wes Parker.

Wes Parker did appear on The Brady Bunch as did Don Drysdale. Joe Namath was also on the show.

FWIW best Dodgers sitcom appearance ever was Mr. Ed. The episode featured Leo Durocher, Koufax, Roseboro, Skowron, Davis and Vin Scully. Mr. Ed went deep off Koufax in BP at Dodgers Stadium.

I saw a Fantasy Island episode on you tube that had a variety of baseball players, including Dodger Steve Garvey. You just don't see that much anymore it seems. I guess the players don't need the money or exposure.

In the Brady Bunch episode where Bobby dreamed of being a Dodger they showed a Dodger hitting a home run at Dodger Stadium. After rewinding a couple times I could tell it was against the Orioles. Which is of course odd. Not as odd as me watching the Brady Bunch but I digress. After some research I determined it was a homer by Jim Lefebvre in the 1966 W.S. The Dodgers were swept in 4 games and I think that may have been the only H.R. Hit by them. I know they didn't score many runs in the series.

Leo Durocher also played himself on the Munsters if I remember correctly.
