Default Help identifying Griffey Jr cards please

There are 5 to a set, they are kinda gold leaf around the border there is no company name on them. Just curious because I’ve never seen them before.

Wrong section of Net54, but to answer you question (sorta) when I collected Rickey Henderson cards seriously over a decade ago, these were identified as 1991 Anonymous Gold Border. Not much help I know, but I don’t think anyone has attributed these to any manufacturer. The 4 Henderson cards had the same style back as your Griffeys with “939!” Overprinted on back to signify his SB record.

They're refered to generically as "Broders" cards. They were/are unlicensed, and are essentially worthless.
