I've seen literally 2-3 that I was comfortable with in my research for the site (HOFPlaques.com), he was certainly alive (and I think even coaching) for some time after these for released; however, I do not really know what his habits signing them were (front v. Back, signature placement, etc.)

Ugh. Somehow I posted this in the wrong section, operator error. Anyway, one of the autograph books out there (Keurajian?) states that they never saw an authenticate front signed Wagner plaque. I have only seen Wagner signed backside plaques myself. But this collection might be new to the market, the Ruth was sold during the previous auction.

I remember reading that as well (it was the Keurjian Book); however, I had a collector contact me through the site who had one that came from a fairly reliable source (I don't remember who and don't have my site notebook with me as I am on a Business trip). Said collector also provided another example as well.

Interestingly enough if you search on Google you find multiple ones that were all authenticated but none really look like the other. Maybe his signature varied later in life.

His signature varied greatly later in life. It was all over the place.
