Default A billy goat, you say?

As an animal lover I saw this pin and had to have it. I know some folks don't care for the "show me" threads but I enjoy them. If anyone has any clue about who this pin is of, other than the billy goat, I would love to know. Slim chance, I know.

Show an animal associated with your baseball card, pin, etc.....if you would like to? regards

Default . . . Billy goat

.

The first thing I thought of when I saw this stated in the thread title was the Chicago Cubs.

Second thought was of the numerous beers I've had at this establishment in Chicago.

Spring must be close, because Opening Day is on my mind.

Leon,

With the billy goat, it's gotta be the Cubs, right? Maybe the Woonsocket Cubs. (Is that a "W" on the jerseys?)
Edited to add: Oops, that's what I get for not reading the last page before I reply.

Default Didn't Mr Lemke

A few years ago; make sure the cover of the Standard Catalog had three "animal" photos on it.

I think the kid (no pun intended) behind the goat is a young Satchell Paige.
