Default Guitar players out there?

Hi all

Just curious if there were any guitar players on the board? I love guitar, typical guy....I have been playing off and on since I was 14. The blues really draws me back every time I stop playing, when I hear the blues, I just want to jam.

I play a fender strat, American made, a Martin acoustic, and dabble with a resonator guitar.

Would love to hear from you guys, what do you play? What music do you prefer, guitars? anything!

Jeff

I have been taking lessons for 3 months. I started with a used Maestro beginner package, It was the SG style. I am a lefty so I turned it into a lefty by changing the bridge and nut.

After 2 months I decided I liked playing so I bought a Epiphone Les Paul Custom Black Beauty and upgraded the pickups to EMG Active Zach Wilde 81 85 Humbuckers.

I've been playing guitar since I was 16. I have a custom Gibson Flying V Joker Dark Knight guitar and a Fender Custom George Harrison "Rocky" guitar. Both I painted and made. Enjoy!

Got my first guitar at 5 (1956) been playing ever since. Only ax now is a 63 Strat (Candy apple red) and a 61 vox amp. My 15 minutes of fame. When "Mass Confusion" won a battle of the bands in 65 that included "The Last Heard" (Bob Segar) and "The Amboy Dukes (Ted Nugent).

That is a great 15 minutes of fame. Would like to see a pic of your Strat. I almost bought a red MIJ Strat instead of the Epi LP.

Here it is....it looks better than it is, almost everything has been messed with/ changed over the years. A great player though.

Bass guitarist here since '94, playing Blues, Jazz, Soul/Funk/R&B. Been through many basses over the years, but this one continues to blow me away:

2012 Squier Vintage Modified Jazz:

Sounds and plays better than any other bass I've owned.
