Default Stall & Dean Eddie Collins bat

Any body have any info on this bat? It is 32 3/4 long and weighs 38 ounces. The label is in the middle of the bat like normal and his name is on the barrel. Sorry I was rushed and forgot to take a picture of the full bat.

A friend picked it up at an estate sale for $25. I told him it was probably a store model.

Default Could it be pro model?

The 38 oz. sounds plausible. One key would be the grade of wood. It would have to have professional grade ash in order for it to be more than a retail bat. What else would you look for? Any expert opinions? When was that label used?
