Is this the same card you returned to the seller awhile back?

...a slightly larger screen because the scan is so small, and I still can't be sure if it is the same one.

His tag line is the same, though. And, he keeps saying on his auctions that "a grade-6 1940 Matty PlayBall Books for $250"...but, in what universe is that?

The card he sold me was returned as "trimmed". So, I'd be surprised if SGC would slab a trimmed card. And, he was pretty set on not having that one graded, so I started to realize that it probably was trimmed, just by the way he handled our transaction and his initial resistance to buy it back when it was returned ungradeable.

...he did buy it back eventually. But, I had to take some pretty serious steps to have him keep his written word. Just FYI...

...naw...but I did contact Tulsa PD and file a report. I think that's what got eyebrows to raise.

After that, the guarantee was fulfilled, he bought it back, and I sent a report cancellation to the PD there. Many local PD's will nail people for internet fraud...

You may need to use David's 100x scope to see that it's really Matty.

...those stamps are really small. I have a few of those, some have orange backs and some purple, the purple are reportedly more rare. I ended up getting one a while back, too, where Christy was the middle frame of a strip of 3. They typically don't get much more than about $20 in really good condition.
