Pretty happy with FlickR here. I use it to just upload pics of my collection but the site offers a ton of options/ideas for those that want to customize as well.
Totally free and no hiccups to date.

Still stewing and snarling over the inconvenience and waste of time caused by PhotoBucket's change-without-warning
from free service to pay (at insanely exorbitant cost) service. We've got our own Forum to maintain, so we had to make a quick decision. Toyed with Imgur, ImageShack, Google, Facebook, and a few others, but went with Flickr. Navigation there dreadfully non-intuitive, but works quite nicely once you figure it out. I am in the same boat. I like Flikr. I just found Mediafire as well from people on another sports site.
https://www.mediafire.com/upgrade/?plan=pro The basic plan is free with 10Gb of space and unlimited linking/sharing. They are having a 50% sale for the upgrade plans. Pro is $3.75 per month for 1tb of space and 20gb max size.
