Many. Id say 1/4 are handcut, some with a blank back some with bio back.

But they shouldnt be in the original envelop as far I know, they were handcut badly from a sheet.

I have been following them for a few years now and hve not seen a hand cut specimen with it's original envelope.

I believe all the ones that were found (discovered) with the envelope are machine cut.

Simply, no. I've come across about one hundred specimens where I was able to check the reverse (online and in person) and have yet to come across another with the 1927 copyright--I've been paying attention for about 3 years now.
