Picked up cabinet card shown below, apparently of a baseball player. "Jack" Pritchard October 23, 05 written in period fountain pen on back. Photographer Studio imprint at bottom right indicates McLellan Newbury MA. Frankly, he does not look like a baseball player (but neither does David Wells). Can anyone ID this gentleman or is he just a dandy wanna' be from 1905?

I would require a larger image to identify, but the player is consistant with a baseball player. The player likely will never be identified and is perhaps a high schooler. Nice old photos of unidentified high schooler and collegate players have value.
