Default PSA Reholder

just got my Mantle PSA 7 from seller not PSA, I own over 200 PSA cards, this case scratched worse than anything I've ever seen. New slab, with the hologram. Slab not shipped in bubble wrapped but in cardboard.

Looks like $7 to re-encapsulate , what would you do.

1. Re-encapsulate
2. Return
3. Make seller pay for Re-encapsulation

Happy with the card otherwise.

Personally I would not be too worried and wouldn't blame the seller. As you said it was a psa 7 Mantle I would send it in for a reholder. If you feel the condition of the holder should have been mentioned it certainly wouldn't hurt to ask the seller to cover the reholder fee.

I'm not familiar with PSA using a "lithograph" on their slabs or labels.
