Default Topps 1958 Card # 145

This was an unissued card. I have read* that "early checklists" indicated that the card was to be Ed Bouchee (who does appear in the Topps 1957 and 1959 sets) but was pulled due to his off field legal issues. In my set the Phillies team card, #134, has the checklist for cards 89 to 176, and there is a box for card 145, which is blank,

My question is does someone have a Phillies team card in which Bouchee's name does appear, or in other words, is there a variation of this card ?

* I read this in a book, The Complete Book Of Collectible Baseball Cards by the Editors of Consumer Guide at page 294...copyright 1985 and 1987...Bob Lemke listed as Author

Default Bouchee

As has now been pointed out to me by a friend, he is listed on the back of card 44, the Senators team card (an "earlier" checklist) as # 145.
