Default 1961 #96 Billy O'Dell Printing Error?

To me, it looks like this card missed being run over with a color, maybe the red? Am I correct?

I don't collect error cards. How high is interest in error cards with this set?

I thought that too. But out of the grouping it came from it was one of a kind. I can't discern any part of the team name like i can in the player name box. A lot of the cards in the collection have markings to show they came from the same collectors, maybe 3-5 in total. Some kid named Bob. Someone named DB. Some kid who would write updated team names on the card. And someone who marked in purple pen. And someone who taped the cards into albums.

It definitely looks sun faded. Before I knew about sun fading I got screwed buying a lot of "rare error" cards. The 61 Topps don't fade easily like the 58s do so that one set out in the sun a long time. I have a few 61s that are sun faded but not to the extent that one is.
