Default Mile high "set"?

What is in the Mile High "set"? If you want to win the n172 Welch you must also win the PSA 7 T206 Young? I used to get their catalog, but I moved my office and never updated my mailing address. I guess it's ok to take a 1952 Topps set and offer it as "parts" or a "set", but who really collects n172's and psa 7 T206 hofers? How is that a "set"?

The consigner had collected high-grade cards of the 300 game winners. Bidders have the option of buying the entire collection or bidding on an individual card. Based on how things are going, it appears that they will be sold as individual lots.

Jamie,

Thanks for explaining it. I understand it now. I guess they explained it somewhere on the website, but I could not find it.
