Looking for honest opinions please. I need help regarding how to attach the picture. I am being told there is a 19.5KB limit and my simple scanned picture is 673KB.

There is an 85kb limit for this site hosting scans. IF a scan is up to around 1mb it will downsize it automatically and still look good. My best scans start out at about 200kb and then are downsized to about 81k in the system. Don't ask why it isn't the 85k limit because I don't know. Probably some code eating up kb's or something. At any rate, approximately 98% of the time the picture is from a phone or ipad and is 2mb-5mb and those just won't downsize. The other 2 percent are file type problems and user error issues.
