Default A couple tough high series m116s w/ 300 subjects backs available - Atkins & Sharpe

Posted By: Brian McQueen

Both cards are very sharp looking. Sharp corners, no wrinkling, no staining, great centering, perfect backs....not sure why neither got a higher grade. Asking $125 for SGC 60 Atkins and $85 for SGC 50 Sharpe.

Thanks in advance,
Brian

Did it ever occur to anyone that the M116 Sharpe is really Hinchman?

Anyone got a scan of the T206 Hinchman, Toledo card?

Steve,

Perhaps the T206 Hinchman is actually showing Sharpe?

If someone has a Spalding Guide that shows this individual, the mystery could be solved.

Patrick

OK, I found Hinchman in the 1912 (for 1911) Spalding's on the Toledo Team. It's a half page team shot so it is small and it's hard to tell though it does favor him.

Sharpe does not appear on the Boston Nationals Roster for 1911.
