No it does not look authentic. You shouldn't deal with IFS IMHO. Anything related to Frank P Garo, Moron, borderline crooked oldtimer is FAKE PERIOD.

IMO I would appraise the ball at 12¢.

Even target charges more for a ball.

Last batch I found at a yard sale were 25cents each, and really worn.

Same ball is sitting on Craigs List now along with stuff from Cobb Mantle, Koufax, Mack, Hal Aaron - no that's how it is spelled, Springsteen, Musial...
