Default I can't believe Ebay listened

their reponse today:

Hello Leon,

Thank you for writing us regarding the recent change to the Featured
Items category listings.

We have received a number of comments from members regarding the recent
changes to Listings results. In particular, members have complained
about the way Category Featured Items are displayed and the removal of
buyers' sorting tools like "New Today". We apologize for not
appropriately communicating these changes to you and will re-double our
efforts to ensure that proper notification is given whenever we make
changes to our site.

Leon, after considering the effect these changes have had on sellers who
utilize Featured Items, and on buyers who used specific browsing tools
that are no longer available, we are reinstating the previous format. We
will return to the way we used to display Featured Items in Listings and
we will provide buyers the ability to sort by "New Today", "Going,
Going, Gone" and "Ending Today". The new "Buy it Now" tab we announced
two weeks ago will remain.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that these changes have caused
our members. Have a great day, Leon!

Regards,

Scott F. S.

Another example of the STRENGTH of our board !!!

Just two days ago they refunded my money because I complained about this (along with many other "power sellers")... so maybe now I am getting some "featured" auctions for free?

as of 7:54 EST ... I don't see the old format yet.

Maybe I will see it when I wake up in the morning?

I didn't make up the letter...trust me....I just copied, cut, and pasted.....the gentleman's name is on it at the bottom if you want to know when....He really didn't say "when" it would happen although I believe if you read their scheduled maintenance/downtime it is in the wee hours of the morning....and I believe on the weekend......although I am not positive.....again, if you have questions just email him....best regards

Believe me ... I am not doubting YOU in any way, shape or form ... but I AM doubting that EBay will get the problem fixed in time before my "Featured" auctions end in 3 days!!!
