Default 1952 Regional Issue Inquiry

The standard catalog shows that the 1952 Central National Bank of Cleveland set has one known card Early Wynn and goes on to say "the scope of this issue is undetermined". Has there ever been a complete checklist of the cards included in this issue? Appreciate any information you could provide.

No one has ever heard or seen these? And I told Doug there was a 75% chance someone would....Maybe the one they have coming up (I think they do) is really rare?
