So aside from a few I can't figure out immediately, I'd say this is a 1989 Cubs Team ball. The only key signatures missing are Rick Sutcliffe, Shawon Dunston, Dwight Smith and Jerome Walton.

Rich (Goose) Gossage under Varsho.
Also appears Les Lancaster signed the same panel twice.

So I think we got all but whoever that is above Chuck Cottier. Which may or may not be Mitch Williams.

It's a 1989 ball.

Vance Law was with the Cubs in 1988 and 1989, and Dean Wilkins was with them in 1989 and 1990.

I just noticed Goose Gossage on the ball. He was with the Cubs only in 1988, so it may not be a pure 1989 ball. The Cubs released him on March 28, 1989, so the ball could have been signed in spring training.

The fact that Ty Griffin is on there makes it certain it's a spring training ball, he never made the majors.
