Finding an E107 of any particular player is very tough. My best bet would just be to wait for the next one to show up for auction. Even in the condition you described you should be looking at spending near 10k.

There probably aren't more than 15 of the most common players. Many, like the Wagner and Matty have 5 or fewer known.

The most recent E107 Cy Young in very low grade recently sold in the Sports Cards Plus / Sotheby's auction for $9,600. Even in very low grades (if you can find one), all E107 Hall of Famers command BIG $$$$$$.

And the $9,600 was a STEAL.

The Gator Money Scale - $9600 - pocket change

The sabrjay Money Scale - $9600 - a years salary

Where have all the e107's gone? Geez, seemed like there was an overabundance issued out into the collecting world over a short period of time this summer and I haven't seen one since the NY auction, a few months back. Even eBay seemed to have a couple a week during that time frame. Any coming up that anyone knows about?

DJ
