Opinions on this 1980 Charlotte O's Cal Ripken on ebay

I went ahead and bid on it since the seller offers 14 day money back guarentee. I do not know why anyone would have this card graded by a company such as GEM, but it is very difficult to tell the authenticity of the card from the pictures.
Can anyone tell if this card is a hoax from these pics? Maybe you own a copy yourself and can tell the difference(if any) from this one. Thanks

I am 100% sure that is a counterfeit card. The O's logo on the front is the wrong color, it should be more orange. Also the white border(framing) is wrong. On the real card the top should not have perfect straight lines and the left side white border should be skinnier than the right side.

I see the auction was closed. The description says it was pulled by the seller. I hope he did not sell it off ebay to someone thinking they were getting a steal. If the auction was not pulled by ebay, they should do the world a favor and remove the "report a listing" feature. Based on the feedback I received from folks a lot of people were reporting the listing.
