Default eBay Feedback Help

Quick question. I was just on eBay to leave feedback for the half-dozen items I've received this week and on the last item my idiot self forgot to click the stars. Is there anyway to go back and fix this as I'd feel bad dinging someone's stars because I'm stupid? Or will eBay not count it at all because I didn't touch it at all?

Thanks

It will just count as a positive feedback and won't touch the stars unless there's an automatic 5 setting for one or two categories, depending on the seller and their record. Don't worry about it, you didn't ding their stars.

I'm actually finding more and more buyers don't even leave feedback anymore, since it doesn't affect them one way or another, so you're a step ahead of most already.

Thanks for the info. I'm with you on people not leaving feedback. I sold 20-25 items last month and maybe received feedback on 5-10 of them.

I always leave feedback as it is a way to keep track of items received as the come in. When I sell, it seems like close to 40% don't ever leave feedback but no feedback is better than negative feedback. I have been on eBay for 14 years and have only had 2 negatives and both situations were from flaky buyers. One was from an overseas buyer who we told them before they bid that we ship only to USA and specifically told them not to bid and the other was from somebody who let their mother use their account and bid up an item and then was mad because they overpaid. You can't fix stupid. Leaving no stars is really not a problem as it won't count against you.
