7's might hold up, as that grade and higher are true condition rarities. I'd definitely be a bear for five-figure low grade examples. Just too many of them coming out of the woodwork.

I agree. And with the way the 6 figure cards have gone, as to a rise in the population of them with recent record high trends, the bottom gets further down. What's the ole saying about risk vs reward? For me I can't imagine paying several hundred k and then losing 50k or 100k on a sale. That would bite.
