Default Genuine T206 Uncut Sheet

So what's your opinion on what an original uncut sheet of T206 would bring at auction? What could T206 collectors gain by seeing just one uncut sheet? I know I'm not giving specifics on number of cards or even the players on it but I'm just wondering.......

Default You could argue

that the Wagner Proof strip is "uncut" -- and, for what it is worth, in terms of a Wagner, and being the only uncut item from T206 known to exist, it has traded hands a number of times, and does not sell very high as compared to a single Wagner T206.

Yeah i know of the Wagner proof. Saw it in SCP's display case at the National in Baltimore. But I'm really talking about an undiscovered full sheet. Isn't it unknown even what a full sheet would look like?? (number of cards, player placement on the sheet, etc). Do you think anyone took a (surviving)picture inside the factory while they were being produced that may shed some light?

No

I do think a full sheet may have existed and been seen, but you will never hear the details or see any evidence from anyone involved. Much of the lore around the famed PSA 8 Wagner is that the card was sheet cut 30-40 years ago. If there was any chance of a photo of a sheet, that would be your best bet.

So what do you believe a full(how ever many cards that is) sheet would sell for at auction?
